From Earth to Extract
Our Story
For more than a decade, my work has centred around supporting women - listening to their stories, understanding their rhythms, and helping them navigate the constant pull between responsibility, creativity, and self-care.
When I entered my own postpartum year, that understanding deepened. Healing felt slower, softer, and more layered. In the quiet spaces between feeds, recovery, and recalibrating my identity, I found myself turning toward medicinal mushrooms - not as a practitioner, but as a woman needing steadiness and nourishment.
I began creating medicinal mushrooms during a time when I was searching for tonics that provided genuine support. After experiencing their benefits firsthand, I sought products that met higher standards.
The more I looked, the more disappointed I became - fillers, additives, imports from overseas. This led me to create my own small-batch extracts from locally grown mushrooms. It started in my kitchen with a baby on my hip. I then began giving them to family and friends. When they all felt the benefits I began offering them in my clinic.
These gentle rituals helped me return to myself. And through them, I began to see mushrooms as remarkable allies for modern women, connecting us back to nature, to the seasons, and to a steadier baseline of wellbeing.

Harvesting With Intention
Each mushroom is harvested at peak potency, when beneficial compounds reach their highest concentration. We focus exclusively on fruiting bodies for their superior medicinal properties and highest quality.

The Extraction Process
Our dual-extraction begins with slow simmering in purified water to release beta-glucans and polysaccharides. This is followed by careful alcohol extraction to capture triterpenes and sterols.

Artisan Craftsmanship
Small batches allow for meticulous attention to detail. Each extract is carefully blended, bottled by hand, and labeled with care—honoring both the medicine and those who will receive it. Every bottle, a complete expression.
Mushrooms are some of the oldest healing companions on earth. They live in close relationship with their environment responding to moisture, temperature, decay, renewal, and the subtle shifts of each season. Because of this, their medicine carries a unique intelligence: one that helps us reconnect to the natural rhythms we often drift away from in modern life.
As a practitioner, I’m drawn to mushrooms because they support the body in a way that is gentle, nourishing, and deeply regulating. They don’t push or overstimulate. Instead, they work with the body to strengthen what is depleted, calm what is heightened, and to create space for balance to return.
Their qualities mirror what many women crave today; seasonal intelligence, nervous system steadiness, support for the mind, immune and gut resilience, adaptability and connection to nature.
Why Mushrooms?

Our Impact
Our commitment to small-batch production isn't just about quality—it's about treading lightly on the earth.
Minimal packaging. Local sourcing. Low waste. True health extends beyond the individual to our shared environment.
Created in the pristine environment of the Blue Mountains, our extracts are made on Dharug and Gundungurra Country. We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of this land and their deep connection to plants as medicine.
